After breakfast, morning sightseeing of Jodhpur — the gateway to the desert. Visit the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort rising on a rocky scarp, and the Canon Rampart. Also visit Jaswant Thada — the ornate white marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Early afternoon, visiting Mandore Gardens with the pillared Hall of Heroes and Shrine of 300 Million Gods. Evening walk through Sojati Gate and Sadar Bazaar.

After breakfast, drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur enroute visiting Ranakpur. Visit the famous 15th-century Jain Temples — 29 halls supported by 1,444 non-identical carved pillars. Continue drive to Lake City. Arrive and check in at Hotel Kajri, Udaipur.
